alliance ranking

the ranking is this that in every game we have that we play we will have a king and his lord for tribalwars we will have 1 king and lord for the whole game instead of like astroempires we will have 1 king and lord for each server who rule that servers. both the lord and the kings will be on the alliance councel under the alliance emperor/president

The newest rank that the Alliance has is the Imperial Executor who is the 2nd in command of the entire alliance and has the same authoruty as Kings in the servers
