The winner and new Imperial Executor is Darth Freeze who will now has been given the new title of Lord Freeze and everyone in the alliance will address him as Lord Freeze

The 1st thing i shall do with this new authority is to fuse both the Grand General and Imperial Admiral ranks together to make the new Supreme Commander but Lord Nova will not allow me to name the new title owner but that person will be choosen by a vote of the councel and that person will have the same power as myself in the alliance but will be 3rd in charge of the alliance and head of the military

it's good to know that only 2 people are restricted as to what they can do in the alliance
